Great service for Fernvale. Staff were friendly and professional. Was a very easy process and didn't have to wait long at all, got my results back same day as well! Will definitely be coming back here.

Excellent service overall. Professional and friendly staff. Next to no wait times and local, which for a mum of 3 is amazing. Facility is presented very well, lovely and clean. Would highly recommend this service.

I highly recommend this local service. Very little wait time if any. Professional and friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Very clean and well presented. Saves so much time, money and stress not having to travel. Staying local has so many benefits when you have 3 children or are unwell.

Extremely happy with my experience here. It is great to have a local x-ray and ultrasound service. Was quick and easy, no paperwork or long waits. Would definitely recommend Star Radiology.

My mother has been here twice, and both times she had a very bad experience with their service. First time she went here, the person doing her scans and tests asked her if he had to do everything the doctor had ordered to be done and even tried to call him to see if he needed it all done. Second time, the lady who was doing her tests was rude and sounded like she just wanted to go home because it was a Friday afternoon. Won't be going back there ever again and will stick to the nicer radiology clinics in Ipswich. Would love to give this place 0 out of 5.

What an amazing experience! I got straight in without waiting. Friendly and professional staff and my Doctor had the images immediately. Would highly recommend Star radiology over other local providers.

What an interesting visit this place was the lady that did my xray was rude and out of control poor lady at reception was aslo on the end of her relentless rant I'll just drive out to plainland from now on
