What an exceptional experience I have had with your company I ordered a part for our vehicle which was dispatched same day from interstate ,we received it in two days. Unfortunately the delivery guy dropped and smashed our part. Consequently the Global company he worked for being Toll the biggest company around declined to replace my part. They absolutely refused to accept liability. Fortunately for us (both retired pensioners) your company having genuine customer service support replaced our part which including postage and handling was$500. Not a cheap part. Highly recommend this company and after sales service. Very grateful for your help and compassion in this matter. You could have said not your responsibilitie as Toll did but no exceptional service.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
