I had a solar hot water system installed with new solar collectors and a replacement storage tank last week, the plumbers were on time and friendly. The job wasn't straight forward because of my high roof and the internal location of the storage tank, the lads did a great job and worked in the rain to get the job done. The storage tank required some additional pipework because of some differences with the size of the older tank. Everything works great and the job was well done from ordering to installation. Satisfied with John's work. Found out John was the one who installed the solar heater, previously 15 years ago. It is a comfortable feeling when the person who comes to repair have such a huge experience and initial installer of the equipment.

Thank you for reminding us about the anode replacement for our 20 year old Solahart, the last 5 years has flown by. The sacrificial anode was nearly completely used up this time, (protecting our tank), which gets a lot of use. I'm so glad about the service reminders, as our tank is now protected for another 5 years, avoiding the need for an early replacement.John arrived on time, changed the anode, checked the heating fluid (J model) and cleaned the panels. Very trustworthy, professional and reasonably priced. I am happy to recommend them.Adelaide Solar also did our 6KW solar PV system many years ago, still working perfectly.

When our 13+ year-old Solahart hot water system died suddenly this week, we had floods coming from the unit on the roof and no hot water.I phoned Tyson at Solahart who was wonderful. He shuffled things so that our new system could be installed the very next day. John arrived punctually the next morning and installed our new system.Excellent service!We look forward to another long and reliable life from our new Solahart system.And despite a cool and partly cloudy day today, the new system gave us hot showers!Thank you Tyson, John and team.

The best company ever. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, absolutely second to none. Anthony just fantastic, unbelievably helpful and accommodating, as is Paul and everyone on the team. John, the technician, undoubtedly the best of the best, 30 years experience, efficient, thorough, clean and tidy, knows his stuff inside out. The entire team within the office and outside, polite, courteous, respectful. It has always been the same during my 14 year association with them. They go above and beyond, nothing ever any trouble.
