Dean is a life saver...He serviced my old power chair and now my.new chair... Has be doing it for many many years. Also being a female alot of people rip you off. But Dean doesn't. He also takes his time. Takes my chair apart and gives it a thorough clean and services it and if there's a problem he will fix it or get the part for it. And I'm not long waiting for Dean to return with the part. My boys have complex needs and always says hello to them and allows thenln to watch when they were younger as well. I have sent Dean to my dads who has chairs and my support workers other clients a while ago. So would I recommend Dean again. ABSOLUTELY YES......Thanks Dean....

Dean has worked with my sister Anne, since early 2019. Firstly to help her choose the best power chair for her needs and then ongoing for repairs and maintenance. Dean is patient and kind and has a passion for his work and supporting people with disabilities. Nothing is too much trouble for Dean. We managed to arrange repairs and maintenance appropriately during Covid and whenever an issue crops up Dean can get Annes chair into his schedule. We highly recommend Dean for everything mobility. He is always interested in Annes stories and what she is up to and can make her laugh, which is always an added bonus. Thanks Dean, we would be lost without your dedication and support.

Dean displays those often rare qualities of empathy and patience when communicating technical aspects of wheelchair design and necessary repairs, or providing advice on preventative maintenance.Most importantly, Dean listens to me as the client and respects my opinion when discussing options for undertaking priority maintenance or minimising downtime for essential repairs.

I've been a customer of D W Mobility Services since the NDIS came in a few years ago. Since using this service and getting my mobility device regularly maintained. I've gone from have $4-5K per annum in repair bills on my chair (as the state government didn't have a regular maintenance program) to $0.00 repairs (apart from the low monthly service fees). Dean is able to head off any mechanical problems before they become major issues requiring $1000s in repairs. I am also more confident to go out and about in my community knowing that I am in a functional chair that won't have any unforseen breakdowns. I thoroughly recommend Dean's services to anyone who is a high end mobility device user. Thanks Dean, you do a great job!

Dean has the perfect mix of general technical competence, wheelchair-specific knowledge and a creative, can-do attitude. He's got me out of many tight spots with my wheelchair and car-mounted hoist and is a trustworthy and easy to deal with guy. Would recommend him to anyone.
