Enterprise Rent-a-Car Port Lincoln Airport

Thanks Debbie for going the extra mile to provide us with a vehicle at short notice at a busy time. An excellent late model car with a 300 kilometre allowance was a bonus.

Hired a 4WD from Port Linciln, very easy process, friendly and attentive staff.

Overall great experience with Enterprise. Dwayne was a friendly bloke and loves a good yarn, very down to earth. Will use them again.

The rental car was clean and good value. Customer service team were excellent.

Deb and Dwayne were very friendly and also helpful getting us on the road. It was a breeze from the moment the plane landed until we drove out the airport.

Beware of extra charges after returning the car! We rented for two days and were charged a $60 Cleaning Fee because of sand/dirt on the floor of the car. When I rang to query the charge I was told it was because they had to vacuum the floor. Surely this is standard turnaround between hires!!!

The car pick-up was relatively straight forward and the service friendly. The main reason I have given it two stars is because of the $60 cleaning fee that was charged. I had hired multiple cars from different companies (also in Port Lincoln). This is the first time i was charged a cleaning fee. It’s to be expected that driving in an area such as the Eyre Peninsula the car will become dusty. The company policy states the following: 'Does Enterprise charge a cleaning fee? No; however, we expect rental cars to be returned in the same clean condition that they were first rented in. If a vehicle requires excessive cleaning or special cleaning products, a cleaning fee will be applied to your overall rental cost’So please be aware: they don’t charge the cleaning but you need to return the car in the same condition, otherwise you do pay. That means no road dust - see the photos of my rented car.There is was an additional $6.53 charge which I can’t be brother to work out.

Well organised. Easy pre planned pick up and return. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will use them again.
