The team at Rowe design are incredible and the range of jewellery is amazing!!!Marika and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the team of in-house jewellers led by Shayne are masters of their craft.I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, and was greeted by happy people who know their stuff and quickly discovered that expert jewellers are only a few steps away.Having bought jewellery from both bespoke jewellers and chain stores around the world, I can safely say the experience and journey at Rowe design was head and shoulders above what we have experienced anywhere else.I had been thinking about buying my wife a “just coz” present for a while but didn’t what I was going to get her until I walked by the window at Rowe Design while on holiday in Cairns from WA. In the window was an incredible selection of bespoke jewellery including an incredible vintage/retro style ring, full of pink diamonds and quite unlike any ring I had ever seen. It was the one.The biggest challenge was working out what size the ring needed to be and even after getting the kids to measure some of mum’s other rings, it wasn’t quite the right fit for her chosen finger. This was no problem for the team at Rowe design though and after sending it back for a resize, they made the adjustment and got the ring back to us on the other side of the country very quickly.My wife has hardly taken the ring off her finger since we got it and barely a day goes by without someone noticing the ring, complimenting it, and asking where we got it.Since then, we have purchased several more pieces from their online store, had the guys design and craft jewellery for both of us and sent a few pieces across to them for repair or adjustment. The result is the same every time… incredible craftmanship that is a testament to the skill of the jewellers at Rowe Design.I can’t recommend them enough and even without knowing I was looking for “our jeweller”, it’s safe to say we have found them.10 stars

Marika and Shayne are absolute legends! Not only are they lovely people, they designed my partner a stunning wedding band and were so easy to deal with. On top of that, I was in a huge jewellery emergency when my engagement ring (from a different store) had a claw bent with just weeks to our wedding. Not only did Shayne fix it for me on the same day I brought it in, he gave me back the cleanest sparkliest ring I’ve ever seen! If we could rate 1000/5 we would. Amazing experience and we won’t be getting jewellery from anywhere else in Queensland moving forward. Thanks Shayne and Marika!

I had a lovely, personable experience at Rowe Design. I went back twice when looking for my wedding ring and received outstanding service both times, from two different staff members. They could not spend enough time with me helping me to try on different styles to work out exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone looking for special, sentimental jewellery.

If I could give my experience with Rowe Design Cairns 10 stars, I would. The customer service was exceptional, staff friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating of my needs. I love the range and quality of the jewellery. It is definitely somewhere you can get something unique to remember your Cairns experience.

Had Shane take my late grandfathers wedding ring and re-purpose it for my own wedding ring and he did and incredible job. Very happy with the results, matched my design perfectly and the service was excellent. Highly recommended business!

We've been lucky enough to have had a couple of beautiful pieces of jewellery crafted at Rowe Design over the years.My stunning rings, in particular, have withstood the regular chores in which jewellers usually advise you take your rings off for. The following list has been completed with rings on (much to any jeweller's disgust);- Regular rough-housing (casual back-hands to the husband after feisty games of Monopoly)- Gardening (at least bi-monthly, when the plants inevitably all begin to die).- Washing dishes (at least 64 times a day... because kids).- Daily cooking (because...adulting) & sporadic house painting.The following event, was carried-out without the wearing of said rings;- Accidental driving over of engagement ring.Despite my history of very negligible & questionable jewellery ownership over the years, the team at Rowe Design have managed to bend my rings back to shape (multiple times), repair minor damages and grime build up...and of course repair MAJOR damages (you know, the kind you get when you accidentally run over your ring).Definitely the kind of craftsmanship that lasts the test of time...and vehicular accidents.Thankyou Rowe Design!
