Both my boys have trained here from when they were 3 years of age. Sensei Matt was especially brilliant with young, shy boys walking into a new environment and making it a fun and safe place to learn self defence. I can’t recommend them enough for their approach to introducing self defence to young kids, making learning fun, and nearly 3 years later both boys are excelling beautifully.
