Travel Sim is easy to use and can use it in many countries overseas the only issue I have that when I ring or txt to my family my number comes up with a UK number and not my original travel sim number thinking that it's a hoaks call they ignore it. Phoned Travel Sim a few times saying it's a fault with phone lines and that the engineers are on it and that there is no time limit to fixing it I'm am so frustrated please fix it.

I bought 2 travelsim cards for communication between myself and my wife while travelling through SE Asia. On three trips when we were relying on the card they failed. During this time I lost a sim card and purchased a new one only to find they gave my number away. They would not reimburse the amount or the remaining credit. It is an expensive unreliable product.

Always reliable to use wherever I am travelling overseas. Used it all through Europe. I used it while on a South Pacific cruise in the Pacific Ocean and not a problem. Highly recommend.

Call charges generally ok and ok for free SMS between Sims. However, data charges are ridiculously expensive. I have dual SIM slot so used travelsim for calls and SMS and French Orange SIM for data:25€ for 10Gbs

HI, I was very disappointed with my travel sim, I am to blame for the first instance having my mobile on roaming that I didn't realioze, but then later on in May, I tried to recharge and have paid for on 1st May,11th May and 12th May $25.oo each and had no service from 7th may in France and from then on and had to use internet onboard ship, so my whole experieince cost me $200.00 plus the initial $25 not a good experience and very frustrating for me

Have used for several overseas trips.Love the fact that you don't have to remember country codes etc. works really wellwish there was a data only sim card for my iPad when I travel

Me and my girlfriend bought two travel Sims to go to south America which on their map is Fully covered. Our reception was sporadic at best and when she sent them message to help activate she got zero response. Wouldn't trust them at all even in Australia my texts are coming in days late which is unacceptable.
