Ok the staff doesnt help print. I went today to print and the member at the counter said we dont print for u anymore u have to do it urself. you also have to punch the papers urself and bind them. I went another day to get a charger and there is no staff in the electronics section to help now I really wanna know what in the world is the staff hired to do ?! just stock ? and take payments? I ended up spending more time than if I had printed it at my uni. Really the worst branch ever.

staff were so rude to my friend and i when trying to print some photos. we knew more about the products than these 2 girls and clearly that says something about how they’re trained and the staffs attitude toward their job. customer service roles need bubbly friendly staff, and these girls clearly weren’t that.

Convenient for printing documents via the multiple self service kiosks located on the right after the entrance. Purchase a payment card in order to pay for the prints. Good thing they are enabling EFTPOS in the near future so that customers do not have to purchase separate card just for the printing payment. Extra amount available on the printing payment card can be encash at the cash registers. Each black and white page costs 8 cents regardless of full page or just a few words. There are multiple options to get the documents whether via USB drive or easiest would be emailing the printer.

Milan was especially helpful and patient with my warranty request and took his time to ensure my monitor was working before leaving the store. It is rare to have to have good customer service in Sydney these days so I appreciate it. Thanks again.

A massive thank you to Abir for assisting me in picking the correct router. Abir was so patient, polite, well mannered, helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service was outstanding and he has excellent technical knowledge. I previously visited the store and couldn’t get the assistance needed.Thank you Abir for your professionalism and kindness, your help was very much appreciated. His an absolute assets to Office Works.

This stationary shop was a brilliant experience but there was this man who kept looking at me when l was trying the posca markers. He looked at me sternly and gave me a look that made me feel low classed. He said to me 'Don't try them unless your going to buy it.'This made me feel very uncomfortable and l left the store.

The worst service on a Sunday. Printing counter with one staff member and someone just walks up to the priority section and gets to asks there questions and we all get ignored. Manager comes up and asks us eventually what we require. 2 customers myself included wanted to make a complaint and the Manager starts raising his voice and wave his hands about. Customer service is simple just listen to the customer and say we will try and do better we are sorry. Not give us a lecture that he is right. Found out that the Gentleman is the Store Manager. He seems to have a disregard for the customer and wants to assert his dominance. Also passing this onto head office.

Old mate busy dusting while there is a line up of 20 people and only one person on register. Just as long as the store is dust free. Don’t worry about serving.

Don’t go here unless you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is located in the store.They literally avoid eye contact with you in hopes you won’t ask them a question. Also when you do ask s worker a question, they pawn you off to someone else on their little radio and tell you to wait there and no one ever shows up. Very unorganised staff and half of them are bludging in the corner on their phone and walking in circles like they’re lost. Also when you finally corner a staff member, they can’t even answer questions about products. At least hire people who don’t look like random NPCs

I am reading reviews of this Officeworks,many negative. But I was there today and i was very pleased with the way staff,one in particular, treated me.She was extremely helpful and i got the photos and copies and enlargements done exactly like i wanted,reasonably quickly as well.Despite the store being very very busy.I did not have to wait too long . I was impressed with the customer service overall. Even at the checkout. By the way ,i was not even sure they could do what i needed ,but they did, despite a few small problems but this staff member persisted and i got a good result as well for minimal price. I am surprised at some of these negative reviews. Thank you Officeworks.
