Absolutely the worst customer service over the phone by Anne-Marie who wouldn’t advise any information over the phone and kept asking me to check their website when I told her I already had looked through it.Kept telling me that Medicare rebate isn’t offered when their website states that it is.Incredibly lazy and unwilling to assist an oncoming client.

Absolutely fantastic!! The psychologist ive worked with - Zahrina- is brilliant. I love the reception staff who are all great people. Ive enjoyed a number of hearty laughs waiting for my appointment
