My experience with the business (Brisbane) was poor unfortunately. Similar to few other reviewers, they charge $140 to come out and provide a quote. All I wanted was the HW pump to be replaced and couple of leaking connectors fixed. Was advised that HW is trash and quoted $1500 to replace pump. I know from previous work Pump replacement only cost about $300. So I ended up sourcing the pump ($160) and calling in a regular plumber to replace ($150).They sound pretty slick but will cost you!
