Perfect location, edge of Main Street. Perfect double bed, tv, sockets, backpacker heaven if you are one.Great price too in comparison to hotels in toowoomba

Do not book accommodation here. On 17 Sep 2022 I booked for 15 Apr 2023. On 14 Feb 2023 I was messaged saying I needed to cancel through Wotif due to *their* error. No offer of alternative accommodation. No offer to even sort out the refund themselves. We now have no accommodation and little chance of getting alternative accommodation for a concert. Cancelled our booking because they have over booked and now there is no accommodation left in the town for the dates we need. Absolutely terrible service. Learn to use your information systems correctly, we booked this months ago as it was a good deal and now you’ve cancelled on us to probably make some more money from someone else who would have paid more

Nice little pub with plenty of seating and love local bands playing often. Probably not the biggest selection of drinks on tap or the fridge but you'll find something close to what you like anyways.

This could be a really great venue, but I just don't think it is set up in the best of ways. The dancing and ordering of drinks all happen in the same place which is not ideal. It'd be great if they used the dining room as the dance floor and set the DJ up there rather than next to the bar.

If you are keen on taking bed bugs hope or possibly catching tibia from the showers then this is the place. Probably the cheapest ,nastiest place to stay in Toowoomba. At one point I thought it was ok but after this week I had 11 days booked and was asked to leave after 3 with no explanation. They refuse to return the $400 I need to find alternate accommodation so spent night in cold and rain. If cold ,heartless , filthy cutlery and plates us what you want then James and Jasmine here can cater those needs for you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We stayed for 6 weeks in 3 diffrent rooms during work. The pub in groundfloor is permanently closed.(wasnt open once during our stay). The Wifi is fast but some times its not working for days. The beds are pretty uncomfortable, you feel all the springs. It has cockroaches in the rooms and in the kitchen but depending in which part of the hotel you are there more or less. Room 12A was horrible, 8 okay and in Room 6 we had just one cockroach in 2 weeks. I wouldnt call the kitchen a kitchen, its just a kettle, microwave and a fridge but better than nothing. The Showers are hot and clean (especially the one next to the stairs). You just get one towel, linen and trashbag nomatter how long you stay. Would appreciate a change once a week. But all in all you get what you pay for.

If you like cockroaches jumping onto your bed you should book. Never have I been in a room with so many cockroaches.If you are able to use the wifi its still a useless speed and your better of using your own data. But most of the time you wont be able to connect anyway.

Accommodation was okay, didn't like the 6.30 wake up call by the cleaners. Only issue was the cleaners banging around before check out time
