I had a major issue with a leather jacket that I purchased off eBay , the ingrained smell of the jacket was evil , the amazing man who owns this establishment helped me remove the evil stench from the leather jacket and now the jacket has had a new lease on life .I would like to thank this man and his buisness for his help and his fantastic attitude and a great sense humour.Always in gratitudeGarry

Service was efficient, speedy. PAID upfront as SOMEONE ELSE was collecting the Garment. Unfortunately the assistant didn't keep a copy of the receipt ( because she was too busy talking in Chinese to someone else whilst serving me ),,,a receipt was given to me and a photo of it was sent to the person who would be collecting the Garment. When the item was meant to be collected ,there was some confusion as to whether it was paid for as the shop didn't have their copy.. That entailed a phone call from the Cleaners to find out if we had actually paid for it ,wanting proof that our account was debited !!!!!. After 10 minutes, the owner ( who was not pleased with the assistant, according to my friend)solved the problem and said Garment was handed over.

Very rude lady snatched receipt and money out of my hand. Customer service should be a priority because I can guarantee I won’t be back
