my wedding dress cleaned like new!!!

I went to this place to dry clean my coat. The stain on thecuff is not cleaned, the brand that stitched inside becomes off, and my belt is damaged around the buckle. Very disappointed.

Useless. I've taken two sets of clothes to them now and they've been unable to clean the stains. When I complained to the guy at the counter he told me to try somewhere else. I suggest you do.

It's a little bit expensive and they are busy all the time. But the customer service is great

I have been coming to this dry cleaner for over 2 years to dry clean and have been happy with their service. BUT I noticed at my most recent visit a few weeks ago, that they have changed hands/owners and they have raised the price. A week ago when my husband used the dry cleaned pants, he showed me that the pants were ripped at the seam at the top of one of front pockets. He had to wear these pants to an interview with the pocket held together with duct tape. Because I paid cash and was not given a receipt, and now having read some other comments here, I don’t think I will see a good outcome by complaining in person. Obviously I will be taking my business elsewhere!
