No staff. Terrible service.Can't wait to get rid of my fleet. Constant diff issues. Gearbox. Electrical issues. Get told 3 days. It's 10. Get told waiting on a part drop another state. Then it gets lost, or not the right part. Suddenly it's overseas. Happened with 4/5 of my last trucks. Senior management don't care two bits. I'm hating to think what my other 15 trucks are going to have issues with...

Customer service in store is so slow, you are left standing at the counter for 10-15 minutes waiting for one person to get your spare parts, while a dozen people are all sitting at there desks behind the counter not doing a thing, and with no interest in proving any help, with how bad the customer service is, I can only expect working here would be a bullish nightmare!

Inexperienced mechanics they have no clue about how to fix problems and they r only just good at change oil n filter.Rip me off charge $2600 just to fix water pump, only 2 weeks b4 I did serviced my truck from them and they didn’t find out then that there is a problem with truck paid 1400$ for serviced.I will never go to this Scania again better to get fixed by somewhere else.Absolutely waste of money and time.
