Sunday evening, 30th May 2021, a meeting was set up by the Hervey Bay Christian Ministers' Association at this Church. Many Families from different Churches here in The Bay were in attendance to show respect for the Chaplains who work within Hervey Bay.

Hervey Bay Baptist Church is a great place to come and worship God. The children are well catered for. The church provides 'Sunday school' for all age groups. There is also a bookshop (Koorong). Where you can buy Christian books, dvds & cds or you can order from Koorang sales magazine.
