I came in today for lunch at 1:30pm and was served by Kristina at the Singleton Hungry Jack’s store - amazing quick service, delivered the food in a presentable way and very patience - made me and my elderly father very comfortable. We will be coming back for more lunch dates now! :)

The absolute worst hungry jacks I have ever experiencedI waited 30 minutes in the waiting bay to receive cold burgers and my order wasn’t taken correctly no spicy sauce and no drink and chips and I ordered a veggie whopper and received a plant based pattieAbsolutely disgusted

A massive shout out to the night shift manager and her staff tonight. 3 of us turned up really hungry at 3 minutes to closing time. The manager was so accommodating. The 3 Whopper meals we ordered were fresh and so so yummy. Thanks guys for looking after us.

The best prepared burger I've had from any hungry jacks in a long time... it looked like they pit the time to assemble it properly with the perfect amount of sauce... great job

Items was missing in meals & meal was also wrong. Had to goto counter 3 times to get a simple order correct. Did leave feedback on the HJ feedback form. Manager was nice & called me next business day. Did offer me a voucher, but informed him, No way we will be back. Better of travelling to the next town.

What a lovely lady Kristina was today, greeted me with a smile and went the extra mile assisting me with my order for my son. She was a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of customer service people these days as nothing was to much trouble. If the boss is reading this, she's a keeper and should be being paid accordingly!

Was just passing through on a road trip. Food was very fresh and tasty. Was the benchmark of what I expect the food quality to be at every Hungry Jack's, hopefully the quality of food remains consistent to what I had.

Food was nice and warm, drinks were nice and cold and kids got to chat and play with their food :) nothing wrong with that and they had lots of wishmaker stars :) purchased one for needy kids x

Lunch there today and can say very nice. Burgers very good well made and were hot. Clean premises and friendly staff. Will be back for sure.
