Thought we’d try out this place for lunch. I hadn’t been here before the renovation, so I can’t compare to how it used to be.The lunch was delicious. We had the pumpkin nut salad (sooo yum), the rump steak (delicious), popcorn shrimps and some garlic bread (right amount of crunch).The venue is massive, bright and open with plenty of seating for diners. Lots of parking right at the door step. Has a small kids area which was a small room with a TV and some bean bags. Would be suited to young kids about 3 years and under. Would love it if they had a kids play area for the older ones, but I guess you can’t have it all.Staff are nice enough.Will be back to try some more of the menu items.

Newly refurbished pub and its stunning. Open space, multi-level and parking just outside. Lots of seating options.Standard pub menu, not too complex.We came as they were closing on a weekday but they still served us. Everyone was super friendly. From door security to servers.Steak was proper medium rare. Quite impressed with that. Schnitzel was good too. Coleslaw was salty but fresh. Decent portion. I'd probably rate it more 4.5 but I always appreciate good service.

I went for a family dinner on Sunday 22nd Jan 2023. I asked the chef what could be made vegan for me. He went through the menu and found a couple of things he could alter to suit. He also offered to make me a meal. It was presented well and tasted great, so much flavour.Thank you for creating my vegan meal and making it a great dining experience.

The Business:A really nice Hotel with a vintage vibe and TVs placed in tasteful locations.The interior design here is great and while visiting on a Tuesday it was reasonably quiet.There are a lot of seating options with areas slightly seperated and tables on different levels that gives me a feeling that thought has been put into the acoustic controls. The gaming room is seperated form the bar and kitchen areas.There is a little play room for kids that looks like it would be fun for a kid to hang out in.There are disabled toilets.There is a parents room.I ordered a steak and they were happy to accommodate a side switch.The food:It took around 20mins to arrive but the vibe of the place is so relaxed I highly recommend eating here.The food was excellent. I ordered a medium rump steak, with salad and veggies instead of mashed potato or chips. The price I paid was $28 which is reasonable for a high quality steak and had no charge for the amendment. It was well cooked with great sear lines and adequate resting before platingThis is a very easy walk to Campbelltown station.There is a public parking area opposite and a park nearby.Highly recommended.

Great pub, great food and awesome staff.Just popped in here by chance on visit to Campbelltown and was super impressed.The food especially is top notch and add the 2 for 1 cocktails it made for a great night.Will be back

The food here is decent and so is the environment. Generally everything I’ve had here has been good but in this review I’ll be discussing these particular dishes on this particular day.The prawn pasta was good however it was much more watery than I’d prefer. Personally I’d like the sauce to be thicker and have a more concentrated flavour, but that’s just me. The prawn to tomato to pasta ratio was pretty good though.The steak sandwich was a little underwhelming considering how good it looked. The meat wasn’t as warm as I’d liked and the caramelised onions weren’t as flavoursome as they looked to be. Overall you couldn’t taste much else and the sandwich ($22 I think) was only half a sandwich. Would have liked the whole thing for that price. The chips were perfectly crunchy and fluffy however they were so plain. Tasted like there wasn’t any seasoning at all on them.A jug of lemon-lime and bitters was pretty worth it and if say that the food is usually better. Will have to write another review the next time I visit.

I gave it one star because I can't give it 0. From the moment we were served, the lady seemed to not want to serve us and made us feel uncomfortable. The way to serve two people like this should be questionable for the establishment. He made a mistake at the time of forming the order and there was an error. IT WAS NOT THE WORST, the worst is on the CHEF's face looking as if the mistake had been ours. sir, learn to work in a place and when you have a mistake, do it right, not look at people making you eat your badly shaped hamburger!!!!! Nothing going for this establishment. Don't hire people who don't want to work or are burned out with the work they do. the service they give is lousy…….

Great modern venue. Food is quality and atmosphere very warm. Often have live music on weekends which is a treat. This place doesn’t get the attention it deserves, please come try this great homely local pub.
