New Management is very friendly, and few housing keeping teething issues promptly rectified.

Excellent Accommodation, awesome staff, very clean and comfortable.Extremely friendly and helpful staff, room was simple yet modern renovation and very well cleaned and maintained. Had a great stay this time. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is under new management Room great service stinks spent 3 nights never had the room cleaned in that time left with dirty coffee cups wet towels no body wash only one supplied bed not madeWhen I inquired why the response I got we only service the rooms every third day how good is that

Excellent check in service booked twin room but was upstairs due to medical issues down stairs would be preferable not a problem at all didn’t need twin beds anyway…Thank you room was amazing service was amazing will definitely recommend and definitely be back.

Absolutely gorgeous, and lovely staff members! Super helpful, and friendly. Adored all interactions with the managers and especially the housekeeping crew! Everyone is so accommodating, helpful and lovely!Parking is quiet private, which I love because it makes you feel as if your car is safe!The beds were amazingly comfortable, rooms & bathrooms were extremely clean and lovely!Thank you for the stay! Will recommend to everyone I know needing a room in this area!

We highly recommend this lovely hotel/motel. Lovely spotlessly clean, freshly renovated rooms. The rooms are very large with a lovely bathroom & quality products supplied. The bed was huge, fresh crisp sheets & extremely comfortable. Beautiful friendly & helpful owners. Also a highly recommended Italian takeaway practically next door for a scrumptious dinner (recommended by hotel owner Marie). Marie was spot-on, the Italian food was totally delicious.

Beautiful Stay. Temp management Criss & his wife were extremely professional and went to great effort to accommodate our needs. Rooms were very clean, all amenities provided with ample toiletries. When I booked, complimentary breakfast was included in my 7 night stay.When checking in I was advised that breakfast was discontinued, and I would have to make my own arrangements which was difficult with elderly mother and no nearby facilities. Tea making facilities in room and toaster but no plates or cutlery. I had to buy disposable plates and cutlery. Room was not serviced for entire stay. I had to request new towels, toilet paper and rubbish removal, despite putting sign on door as per instructions in room. There were no guest booklets in room regarding local facilities or attractions.Our room was at the end of the hotel and parking was very difficult.Maintenance of the surrounding gardens very poor.

Whilst I’ve stayed here many times, this most recent visit was by far the best. The new management are fantastic and have made great improvements. Safer and cleaner and no more exorbitant security deposit that takes days to be refunded. Little things like a friendly reminder of your stay text and a delightful continental breakfast really made the stay special. It’s always been the place I stay but now it’s also the place I recommend. Looking forward to coming back.
