My Compact Kettle BBQ was given to me in a box that looked like it had fallen and had been crushed on one side. I only realised this when I was able to have a closer look at home. The box was damaged.My husband began to put it all together and then found that the lid was not perfectly round which meant that it did not close properly. It seems like the box was dropped, damaging the lid in the process.I am disappointed that we would be sold a faulty product. I paid the full $219 and should not expect anything less than a product in perfect condition. Even the BBQ on display was in better condition than the one I bought!- - -In the end, I exchanged it the next day and Joel was very nice and apologetic about it.

Came back almost 2 weeks later after initially receiving friendly and informative customer service from Joel about our charcoal BBQ on a Thursday night. Wanted to purchase the Go-Anywhere compact picnic BBQ only to receive sub-standard service by Eddy and his assistant on a Sunday afternoon. I find that it's mixed service depending on who you meet. (Hopefully you'll be greeted by friendly Joel!}

I was misinformed by a younger staff member and bought a LPG Weber instead of a NG model. Despite taking it out of the box and putting it together they were happy for us to return it and upgrade to the Bigger NG model.The shop is clean and well organised.

Just purchased a bbq and all the accessories. The guy that help us was very professional, looked after us, and he even took our purchase all the way to our car. I will be back as I have never had such a fantastic service. The price was reasonable.

Recently purchased a Weber Genesis BBQ, found both members of staff (Joel & Akki) helpful and informative. A big thank you for helping me load the BBQ in to the car even though is was past closing time. I went back to the shop 2 weeks later to buy a $25.00 grill bush and received the same quality service.

We got there at 7:30pm and was greeted very warmly by the salesman. He provided us with a thorough description of the different BBQs. Without us asking for help he even assisted us with putting the BBQ on a trolley and load the BBQ into our car in the carpark. Probably the best service we've received in Sydney. Will come back in the future because of him.

Got in at ~4:50pm, was greeted with a grumpy look from the sales guy who did not even care to say hi" nor get up from his computer. Approached him after a minute or two of being completely ignored and asked for advice on accessories for Weber BBQ
