Amazing what these people can fix in a small shop in the middle of a shopping centre, the service technician took my almost new mobile phone apart and repaired the Brocken Sim card tray jammed in the phone and the phone charging port that wasn't working. It was just out of warranty and Nokia would have changed a fortune. Highly recommended there is no one else in Bunbury that can do that sort of work, and they repair laptop screens as wellPlus all sort of other jobs. I'm a very happy customer thanks

I have visited this shop for a long time. The young technician is experienced and helpful. That's why I always go back to him for repair. This time my phone couldn't turn on after water damage. And I took it to them again as usual. Unfortunately the young technician who has been helping my mobile phone repair is no longer there. New staff asked me to pay $40 for inspection and it took me 2 hours for the waiting. Finally I was told that my phone couldn't be repaired.I asked the new technician to explain the damage details but he seems not understand English and needed another woman to translate. I got my phone back and took it to other phone shop for repair and only took an hour to fix it. Highly not recommend this store as they are not professional and liar.

Had two batteries replaced in IPhone 6s plus’s, was served by a young bloke that was very helpful and thorough with explaining the repair and the best way to maximise the life of your battery. Was done at a great price with a couple of other accessories. Highly recommend, great job! Thanks again.

I smashed my phones screen which I need for my job and it was totally unusable. They fixed it for me in an hour so I could work. Absolute hero’s. Then helped me out with a new strap for my Apple Watch. Wonderful and super helpful people who provide excellent service.

Service was quick. I required a new screen protector. The sales lady was very helpful. She replaced the screen protector. Didn't take long at all. Price was fair and reasonable. Keep up the great service.
