25 minutes for a Mc chicken meal are you jokingThis store is more concerned about their Uber drivers than people that are actually in the store. Absolutely disgusting service tonight.But it always goes on in this store day and night

Went into the store this morning for a coffee and waited to be served at the McCafe and no one acknowledged or served me I was ignored for approx 10mins only a staff member in the customer area asked me if it was hot outside.The staff were to busy chatting amongst themselvesI left with not ordering a coffee such a poor experience

I even do not wants to give 1 star. I ordered the dinner on their App delivery, but when I opened the bag and found there 2 medium size fries missing. I tried to contact with the store by phone calling 3 times. However, first time no one answered, and the rest 2 times showed “ user busy”. I mean the order coast me $40 dollars and I only got 2 burgers, 2 small drinks, and 1 fries. What kind of service they providing? Unbelievable!!!!!!

It's wasn't at all a good experience.Ordered a Chicken burger with no cheese and no mustard. What I got is a beef burger.The staff was not at all apologetic.Went and got it replaced and guess what I got a Chicken cheese burger with no cheese but got mustard.Also to add to it the chips were cold.This wasn't the first time that's happened.I called to advise and guess what happened I was speaking to someone and hearing my complain he cut me off.I had to call again and advise what happened.Not at all happy with the experience

Why does this fast food restaurant make you park in the waiting bay when there is no one else in drive through. It seems two burgers is too large an order.

Usually pretty good but not on this occasion. Bins were over flowing. Table's were not wiped clean and some still had rubbish left on them. The entrance was surrounded by dung beatles as seen in the photo. I suspect that this is a one of occasion.

Holly the manager tonight was very professional. She helped us as we ordered through the app for Mcdelivery for the first time. We had items missing and a completely different burger to what we ordered. We called the shop and the manager was very helpful and understanding. We had to go to the shop to pick up our order but it was all remade and fresh and she was very apologetic and professional about it.So what was a bad experience at first turned into a happy ending thanks to Holly.

It is no longer just missing items, or missing ingredients or being parked so that half your order is cold, or burgers made so sloppily that you have to remake it yourself, we are now only half filling the large chips - no more to be found in the bag. This restaurant is the worst and we no longer go here. I tried to give a zero but it wouldn't let me post.
