Samantha contacted me to take on the management of my apartment and from the moment that happened everything started to happen. Words to describe Sam include; thoughtful, diligent, kind, great communication and the most proactive agent I've ever meet. The unit sold within 8 weeks (it had been on the market for 2 years). And now she is supporting me in finding another investment property even though she will gain nothing from it. A gem of a person who I would happily list my properties with.

I recently tried to negotiate to purchase in Grange and found the whole experience very difficult.When I asked some questions regarding the agent Linda Van Hoff was dismissive.When I did my own due diligence , the council informed the there records that they had found that the rumpus room had not been approved but was in deed a garage . The council was looking to any further issue to see if in deed this was wrong and could have possible Approvals in state records !When raised to OC Henley Beach I was told they would get back to me ASAPOne week later still no communication . I asked the lead agent again Linda Van Hoff I was told to submit my offer , which I did with my termsLater the same day I was emailedA disclaimer stating the vendors no the Agency OC would not be hold to any warranties over the rumpus room and the new purchasers would have seek a determination on approvals or works to rectify what was a simple check by the agent Linda Van HoofAnd OC Henley Beach before it was marketed .As from the 14th of September the description of the property is misleading .A token apology From the General Manager was quit contriteBe very careful when dealing with company and this agentPlease do your own independentCheckingI have since withdrawn my offer on the property

We were on the way to inspect the property and they sent message that property is no longer available. It’s really annoying.
