Wow! Wish there was a 10 star rating. We are extremely happy with Terra Homes and our newly built home. It was built in 2.5 months there was always something going on each day. Everyone in our estate were shocked at how fast it went up as its not a small home (on average). Nothing was too hard when going through plan and changing a few things. They were very organised and professional. Communication was effortless. All our friends that have built have said its a stressful process, but building with Terra Homes was stress free and easy. There were a few teething problems since moving in (as every newly built house has) but their response time to getting it fixed was very prompt. Would highly recommend Terra Homes.

The guys at Terra did a fantastic job. This was our firat tine building and the procesa from start ti finish was smooth and easy thanks to Mel and his team.All trades were organised like clockwork which meant very little downtime, and completion of our 400+ sqm house was done in less than 5 mths, from turning soil to handover.Would not hesitate to use them again.Michael

It has been a pleasant experience for reparing the minor cracking issues of the walls due to the heavy rain in Brisbane. The staff was very professional and repaired the cracks within days. Thanks. Good work.

Cannot rate this company highly enough. The design of our house is excellent and the service has been impeccable. We are surrounded by new houses and nearly all our neighbours have issues and/or complaints from their builders but not us.They should have built with Terra. Would be more than happy to talk to any prospective owners contemplating building with this ethical company. It's great that there are still companies who know the meaning of SERVICE.

This is the second time I have built and by far it was the best experience.From the very first enquiry I made with Mel, the team at Terra Homes exceeded my expectation. The process from start to finish was like a breeze, no hidden charges, quality inclusions, no up selling or gimmicks. Miro was very professional helping me through the colour selection process and was prompt in getting back to me on all my enquiries. As I'm interstate and this was my investment property Drago kept me up to date with photos from various stages during the build process. The team at Terra Homes work like a 'well oiled machine' and do an excellent job and provide value for money. Customer service and communication was impeccable during the whole process. Build time was a record, all done within 10 weeks from getting on site. Terra Homes might be a small builder but is giving the big project builders a run for their money. I would like to say Thank you to Terra Team,for building our house,from the start to finish it was easy process.This was our second house built with this company .The reason we went to build with Terra again is that Terra Team have helped us to rectify issue we had even though it was not due to bad build,but our own homeowners fault- not maintaining our own home properly .Thank you for your support and wish you all the best .

Highly recommend! This was my first time building a house and Terra Homes made the entire process simple and stress free. I knew that if I had any questions, they would be more than happy to help.
