Friendly staff and great value for money. Must to visit place before you head back to your mother country if you're not from Australia like me. I shop quite a lot of chocolate before I head home from this place.

Excellent customer service from young man named Md, was very polite and swift. Good to see Canberra retail still have positive energy left, getting rarer these days! Store was relatively tidy but some items had no prices on them so had to bring them to the register for multiple price checks.

The reject shops staff were very helpful. The shop itself I like for little homewares and has a variety of cleaning products, washing detergents and a variety of of things that could be used for art/crafts and gifting if you like that sort of creative space. Great garden selections too. Always enjoy my time just browsing.

I went to the reject shop - Cooleman Court - on Thursday and Friday of this week to buy a few nick-knacks and was served by a very pleasant young lady - Emily. In fact all the staff in this shop had happy, welcoming smiles on their faces. What a change to so many other Canberra service industry organisations where the staff serve you when they can be bothered.My compliments to the management on a great selection of personnel. Keep it up. And Emily gets my nomination for a promotion and pay rise (even Federal Member of Parliament for Small Business).RegardsColin
