There is no minus 5 star option in Google, I was gonna give that if I had the option. Disasterous experince with Northline. It's a catastrophe. They picked up from Adeliade on 3rd April 2023 and still cannot deliver to Perth, today is 19th April. What can we call this porr service or utter incompetence! I could rent a truck from Sydney, drive to Adelaide, pick up and deliver to Perth, maybe two weeks ago. Please do not use them if you dont want your item to be lost.

Horrendous service. Took over a month to freight from Sydney NSW to Tamworth NSW. My parcels were believed to be lost at one point. 15 Phone calls with an average of 20 minutes holding time to speak to someone. Parcels arrived in a jumbled mess THROWN into the back of a van, packaging was severely damaged. Delivery driver didn't call me as directed before showing up either, pure luck I was actually home.Darrel, Jack and Sophia were the only employees that actually attempted to help me. All the rest were ignorant and useless. It took exactly 10 days to get car parts sent to me from Easley South Carolina USA to Tamworth NSW Australia via regular UPS, these guys take over a month for a destination 5 hours away, go figure.

Ordered a package to be picked up from Northline and was kept waiting for 3 hours for local pick up after initially talking to staff on arrival. This is despite other people arriving later and picking up their larger packages sooner than I did. Enquiring with the staff there, they assumed the package has picked up already!!

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Rude on the phone. They are all trained very well in saying i can't tell you any information" and "we don't know". Apparently something has arrived in their warehouse and is sitting there for more than a week and they have no idea if its even unloaded!! Do not order any Vuly Trampolines as they use this horrendous company for their deliveries. And their tracking numbers and website doesn't work. i don't have an option to give no stars

Very happy with the customer service of Northline. When I rang to enquire about my delivery they were able to help each time. There tracking system was great and updated regularly. Remember that people usually only post bad experiences not many post the good experiences.

Damaged my freight from Darwin to Perth went to get compensation for the damage.They (Adelaide office) made it next to impossible to succeed just by wasting time then next time you ring up they cant find you in the system and on and on like that till you get fed up and dont contact them for a while and before you know it its outside the claim time and they can't help you. Pay bit more and go with a more reputable company would be my advice.

Amazing customer service. Got 2 pallets shipped from cairns to adelaide and it came way way quicker then expected and with no issues at all. Will 100% use again.

Poor non exsitant service cost a fortune in lost sales due to slow pallet delivery, had to pick up what was there another is lost, never use them again

Shocking company...my item was not delivered on the day they organised to deliver...the driver could not be bothered so he took it back to depot. They said it would be delivered next day before 9.30 am it didn't arrive until 1 o'clock..the plastic was all ripped off and the item was damaged! It takes hours on the phone trying to contact them almost impossible! Shocking customer service will never use again.
