Don’t use this company!I used this company to apply for my tax back on a working holiday visa, they took over a month and a half of me calling them every other week to then tell me I now owe the ATO over $2000!Went to another tax company and they changed this and now I got my tax money back!

Worst place to ask for your tax refund. They dont know anything about ATO. They dont know how to do the claim. The service its the worst I had ever experience. They lasted more than two month. I had to call every day. They confused and put that I has not resident for tax porpuses, also suggested to lie about it to ATO. The agent did everything wrong, didn't know how to claim and even worst how to make a bank transference. The agent transfered the money to my supper account instead my net savers. Terrible people. Please never trust this people they are not profesionals.

I was claim my tax return last year with tax today mascot and I got $1,204 back, this year I’m coming back to do claim so, but amount I can have back is only $825!!! Too disappointing. How ever I have same income as last year and claim all same stuff !!! I won’t come back for next year

Been here for years sadly they have dropped off from a great service to meh!Time to find a new tax guy when they been caught stuffing up my tax to then get a message from ATO saying i was entitled to atleast 2k now they wont return calls or give me my money

They are extremely secretive about what they charge. They dont tell you until you sign the forms. Then they add on extra fees such as bora fees and dont even explain what they are for. We paid over 280 bucks for less than an hours work. Total ripoff. Chartered accounta ts are cheaper per hour.
