Really cute little place. Staff were so friendly. Best avo on toast, the goats cheese was divine and the sour dough was so fresh and stretchy.

While there were no vegan options on the menu, the staff were kind enough to put together a medly for us. I would like to see dedicated plant-based options in future.You can tell circumstances are incredibly challenging for the Port Fairy hospitality industry at the time of writing this. Hopefully things improve.

Loved it. Had a fabulous breakfast. Very generous portion.Then a cheesecake with berry compote on top. Stupendous.Charming staff. Had a great chat with fellow customers - friendly place.

Had an amazing experience at Farmers Wife Cafe! Ordered the green breakfast as well as smashed avo. Amazing quality ingredients and very fairly priced. Service was 10/10 and without a doubt best scone i have ever had! Will be back :)

A must go if you're near Port Fairy! The spicy coconut and pumpkin soup on specials was a great surprise and was really tasty and unique. The buckwheat pancakes were delicious as well and loved the nutty flavour. The farmers breakfast was a little disappointing. Just average. The chilli egg was excellent!

As you walk down the lane way towards the restaurant you receive a friendly welcome by the owner. The menu was wonderful and having a coeliac husband they were accomodating and served the best breakfast. Highly recommend (Gluten Free)

Favourite cafe in Port Fairy. Lovely homestyle cooked meals and snacks - everything is always fresh. Best value meals in town. My favourite is eggs benny. The owner is very helpful and welcoming.

The Farmers Wife Harvest Cafe
Service is friendly and accommodating. It's a small venue, so we shared a table. There is outdoor seating but its not very accomodating in the cooler weather. Servings are smaller than most cafes, but this suited us perfectly as we struggle to eat large serves of food. So, servings were perfect for us. Give these guys a visit. We'll be back again.
