Marcel is very friendly, efficient and attentive. Wheel alignment was completed within 15 minutes. I highly recommend.Plus, Lavazza pod coffee was also great.

They put two new tyres but it did prove costly never mind I won’t be replacing another set tyres in the near future but replace the car instead. First set of tyres last plus 8 years plus my grand Cherokee Jeep was almost maintenance free other than the normal servicing. It still runs like new thinking when I bought NRMA’s assessment was 178 out of 184 ..truly at the bottom of the barrel. For me it was unbelievable and it had not changed. I love my Jeep.

Shout out to Marcel for going above and beyond for me. My car battery died in my driveway as I was about to leave for work. I gave JAX Smithfield a call and my battery was sorted within a day. I am so grateful that there is such kind people in this company.I would highly recommend their service!!! ❤️

Visiting Australia, 13 Apr, Marcel could be more professional when discussing issues with employees. How can you act like that to a person then act like nothing happened to customers? Seriously corporate needs to look into this. Unprofessional!!!

Fantastic customer service. The staff were super friendly and also informative and knowledgeable on their products and services. I can see that the store team gels very well, all of them had a smile on their face and were willing to help each other out in the workshop if one of them had an issue with something. Not often do you see that!

Great service and great products. The guys really helped me out. Ahmed booked me last minute for an assessment on my tyres. I was happy to wait a week or so for fitting after purchase but they sorted me out on the spot. Got it fitted last minute. Impressed with their service and wouldn't recommend any other place. Also Marcel sorted me out with a deal. Good stuff gents!

Marcel and staff are good guys. Although apprentices are a bit inexperienced and had to re-do the job several times. I would not recommend the main Manager as he cheated on the price quoted. He changed the pricing discussed and agreed but changed the pricing on the notes so the next day i came (and he wasn’t there) I had no choice but to accept the pricing due to driving a long time and I had to get the job done. I would not recommend this place only due to the cheating Main Manager.

Got my wheels done here. Frank was very friendly & helpful. Prices is also extremely reasonable. Customer service is excellent & it’s a world of difference compared to the likes of Ozzy Tyres.Thank you very much for the service. Will definitely coming back here

Previous management was fantastic. I’ve been going here for years and soon as I walked in they look after me. Walked in today with an urgent quick issue and they can’t do nothing for a few hours. I will be not going back here again. So much for being a VIP customer

Had bit of trouble finding tyre I needed for my Mazda until I called Jax Smithfield & spoke to Armand..... Was immediately helpful & able to find me what I needed in stock & then had it mounted onto the rim within 10 mins of getting there....& When went into the office to settle up got talking with him & he & every other staff member I encountered were nothing short of awesome... Simply awesome service & great bunch of guys right throughout the shop.... Won't be going anywhere else from now on these guys straight up can't be beaten in any part of dealing with customers
