Pizza Hut Para Vista
Waited 1hr 45mins for 1 pepperoni pizza and a garlic bread.… both were cold on arrival!!The staff were very apologetic, they seemed super stressed and under the pump. Maybe it’s worth considering hiring more employees?Really disappointed, complete waste of money. I won’t be choosing this venue over other pizza establishments in future.

We went in store and ordered 3 pizzas combo. Customer service was very good. The store was neat and clean. Felt welcoming into the store. Pizzas tasted good and fresh. Happy with the service and food quality. Thanks

I've ordered few pizzas and one of the pizzas was veggie sensation I asked for no diced tomato and extra jalapenos but neither they remove tomatoes nor they add jalapenos . And on top of that pizzas were so digusting its just extra risen base and toppings were very less . If there's a option I wiuld like to give -10 ratings. I will never order from them again in my life .... not recomended at all. Also when the told me that order will take 30 mins but it took more than 50 mins. Service was very slow...

Got home and found a black hair in my pizza box.. yeah I could ring and go back in but there should be more OH&S measures in place and the young lad working didnt know much about the pizzas on the menu, plus I have two kids of a very young age that I don't want to drag out of the house again at 8pm. Cheers guys.

A terrible experience! I ordered a pizza and drink, the order didn't arrive,rang the store - no response. Rang their customer service line - I was accused of lying and spoken to in a condescending manner. My order never arrived and all I wanted was a replacement pizza. I have ordered many times over the years but never again.

Waiting 45 minutes after order was shown asready to collect". Other food at home waiting. Short staffed & no indication of extra time we had to wait. This consistently happens. Food delivery people waiting as well. Won't rush back."

Came last night with my partner after a long day at work to order 2 pizzas and garlic bread and were told that it'll be a 15 min wait.After 15 min, an order came out, but there were 3 pizzas instead of 2 and a garlic bread, and a different name was called out. After waiting another 20 min. We saw that 2 pizzas and garlic bread were sitting under the heater. (That was our order), but no names were called out. After waiting another 20 min, we had our suspicions it was our order under the heater and asked the worker. We were the only customers by the way in the shop. She looked at the receipt, then showed me the name on the receipt, (She didn't say the right name after the first time) and IT WAS OURS. After waiting so long, no name was called, and our pizzas were cold by the time we went home. Not great customer service.

I ordered a pick up that was 15 minutes late. The garlic bread was 4 lousy slices of bread. The pasta my kid could have cooked it better and the pizza was burnt.NEVER GO THERE

Pizza was ok but our garlic bread was not hot and the garlic butter not even defrosted absolutely horrid. We had to put them both back in the oven. If I wanted to do my own garlic bread I would have but we didn’t. I took photos of them as evidence so they can’t say we lied. If I could post the photos I would have.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this pizza joint the other day. Not only did I have to wait over an hour for my food, but the service was terrible. The staff seemed more focused on giving generic responses to their reviewers instead of actually providing good service. I have been to other franchise of this restaurant and this was by far the worst one. The food was not worth the wait. It's a shame that they don't take customer satisfaction seriously. They should try to improve their service and food quality instead of just claiming to offer the best pizzas and service every day.
