Had the car serviced and also a tow bar fitted in the last couple of months. Both times, the booking, drop off and pickup were simple and effective. The work was well done, the car returned washed and cleaned. Happily recommend Adrian Brien Kia Service Department.

We had a great experience dealing with the team at Kia Adrian Brian. From the moment we walked in we were well looked after even on a very busy Saturday.Joel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His follow up was great and although we didn’t end up buying a car through them purely due to another store having one available first, we would recommend to family and friends looking to buy a Kia!

I dealt with Zac at Kia, and all I can say, he was easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable of the Kia range. He was extremely patient throughout the sale process and ensured I was happy with the deal. Even the other staff that I met during the sale process were friendly and courteous. Last week my sister Cheryl came into Kia, St Marys looking to buy a new car. The Sales Assistant helping her was Zak Jordan. He was friendly and very helpful. She didn’t feel pressured & he took the time to patiently explain all the options. It was great customer service with a good outcome.
