This was very hit. Did love the gisa vibes. Joe was on time and came at 3am just l;ike i asked. Fixed my frienge and now my pink sauce is good to go!

We have been without a freezer for 3 weeks, waiting for another repairer who after 5 visits could not make it work. The problem was a seized compressor but everytime he visited a new problem occured, including obstructed refrigerant pipes, wrong size and noisy new compressor, and on the final visit it kept overloading the power circuit and tripping the breaker. That repairer gave up there and then and offered to take it to his brother in law to bench test it. Trust was already broken and there was no way that was going to happen. Mind you he had also created 2 burn marks in our timber flooring from the soldering of refrigerant pipes.Yesterday, we fortunately found J Small and gave them a call. Joe arrived right on time this morning and had the freezer running with a new compressor in just under an hour. And for about $200 less than the other guy quoted. The difference in service between Joe and the other bloke is amazing. Joe was extremely efficient and methodical in his work. He waited for the freezer to cool down before leaving and to make sure everything was as it should be. The years of experience and skill really count and make a big difference.I wholeheartedly recommend J Small Refrigeration Service to anyone.

Joe was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem over the phone, which is what it turned out to be when he arrived. He was professional, efficient, polite and hilarious.We know Joe's going to be our go to guy if we ever face any issues with the fridge again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Jo provided amazing service. Was with us within an hour of us calling him. He assessed our fridge quickly and was good with his advice on how to repair or replace. Great old-fashioned service and professionalism that is rarely seen these days.
