First Choice Couriers

Ridiculous experience, will say they’ll call you back but literally never do. I bought a designer item and got DHL express delivery for my item and the delivery driver APPARENTLY missed my place but NEVER left a note. Worst idea for such a great company like DHL to affiliate with a third class company like this.

zero service... the delivery guy two days straight did not deliver. lied and said there was no parking when there is a special parking spot for vehicles and companies like that. I put in formal complaint when I had to go pick up the item myself and 4 weeks later not a single call back to me after being assured" i would be called the following week. Extremely poor customer service."

I just wanted to thank First Choice Couriers for the outstanding job they did, during the fires north of Bateman's Bay. - An order to our customer was held up because the main road link to Ulladulla to the North was cut due to the ferocious fires that tore through the area and caused the road closure by the NSW Rural Fire authority.Thank you for being so patient and tolerant during what must have been a difficult time with the phones ringing hot and not being able to deliver due to the fires. A special thanks to Nicole and her colleagues in customer service who had to put up with my daily calls (sometimes more than daily) for a status update.Our customer who had a tight timeline for his project received his order in quick-time once the highway was re-opened.Thank you again for your concern and sensitivity and for your infinite patience in dealing with us and for going above and beyond, to get our order through to the client who was able to successfully complete his project for a pre-Xmas function. (I should add that without his delivery it would have only added to the stress placed on him by the threat the fires posed only 10 minutes drive south of him).I'd also like to indirectly thank the brave staff and volunteers of the NSW volunteer fire service who did such an admirable job when faced with such an overwhelming disaster. I'm just grateful that no-one was hurt (that I know of) but my heart goes out to those who lost property and perhaps livelihoods just south of where our delivery was finally made.Thanks again First Choice Couriers. .. Absolute worst delivery company. The driver “can’t be bothered buzzing my unit & waiting for me to come down”, so he “cards every delivery, illegibly! He apparently can’t read “special instructions” which provide an open business within the complex where he can drop the parcel (authority to leave provided). The Company won’t deal with this 3 year ongoing issue & have the hide to ask me to address to the “alternate business”. Courier driver has one job - deliver parcels. Is it too much to ask to have him do his one job !!!

Inhumane Courier to deal with!!! All customers beware of them!!! First Choice Courier young delivery guy leave it in the elevator, refused to come up to the door yesterday morning, even if you're alone and even got the guts to suggest second option is to bring it back to depot and pick up yourself from there. I get blamed for ordering. He said I shouldn't order. It's wardrobe and bed frame, weight tons. All my neighbors are older resident can't assist me. Service non exist here in Illawarra, it's disgusting.Update: Emailed them my tracking number, and then tried to emailed them second time my phone record that lasted 1min and 45sec with First Choice Courier delivery guy details but couldn't because they had blocked my email address! Attached images. What is going on with this company? They don't delivery anything not even online. Its all deceptive customer service if any.

Do not use this business if you want your freight cared for. They constantly break the law by not securing freight while in transport, pallets not strapped down on trucks. Serious breaches of road transport laws, will be reporting to heavy vehicle regulators. Won't be long until someone is serious injured or killed.

Sticky Fingers CEO.Don't bother calling the lovely reception staff there for quotes.Both times I've called I got ahold of two enthusiastic representatives happy to help me with my queries and provide a quote.Only to both times need to run it by their 'sales team'.Unfortunately their sales team is just CEO Lou.CEO Lou, by chance, uses a different quoting software to his sales team, and unfortunately, even though he is a busy CEO he still manages to fumble quotes 50% higher than both his representatives.It's quite unfortunate that Mr CEO can't work the software, he was so embarrassed that when I called to ask the representative I'd spoken to only moments earlier, to see if there was an error in the quote, they were instructed to hang up the phone.CEO Lou, buddy, go on a holiday, let the girls run the business, they're doing a great job, and frankly, you taking 2 days to reply to a quote then not honoring 2 previous quotes shows a lack of fitness to run the business responsibly.I don't know of any other courier company directing all quotes through their CEO, and you can clearly see how greed makes it not work.

I took a month to get my parcel from catch online website, I recommend you to buy from Amazon.

I'm based in Sydney and recently contacted First Choice Couriers to help with transporting pallets of donations to the coast following the bush fires. Within 15 minutes of emailing they were in touch to offer one of their trucks and a driver. They we're incredibly kind and flexible in working around our uncertain time frames and challenging logistics. Collecting the donations was only step one and without the support of First Choice Couriers we couldn't have transported the items to the families who needed them most. I couldn't be more grateful for their offer of support.
