Run very far away from this company! 4 hour job with only 300 dollars worth of equipment used ended up costing me 2k. After asking what was the cost and what was the rate they told me they would tell me after thr job was completed. I should have known there and then something was up. Dont go with these guys unless you are ready to lose two weeks worth of pay for such a simple job. These guys aren't that good to cost so much.

Recommended to me by a friend. Great service. Came out the same day for a quote, then were able to complete the job the next day. Even stayed back late on a Friday evening to get the job done. A very professional team & well priced, I'd be happy to use them again.

The phone center was excellent, had a guy out same day. However he couldn't fix it, broke his equipment trying to fix it. And then charged me full price for trying and failing.$300 for someone to tell me that my drain is blocked and then screw around for 20 mins trying to fix his gear?

I would not recommended to use this company AT ALL!!! They told me someone will be about between 3-4 and they didnt come till 6:45pm. Only to tell us they didnt know what was going on they were here for 10 mins and than left. Asked the plumber if there was a charge and he said no (website says no call out fee). Got invoiced the next day for $198.00. Rang the company for the onwer to pick up and he was extremely rude when i said why are they charging us $198 when the webiste says no call out fee and they didnt do anything?. I have never had to deal with a company so disrespectful and unprofessional. He said because it was afterhours they charged, nothing ever was communicated across when he rang two times to update me when they were coming out. I spoke to him about false advertising, he went off and started to very rude. His accounts person rang back and she was ever worse!!!!!!! Our billed got wiped obviously they had no ground to stand on but if i was you do not use them !!! they will rip you off!!!!

Being a retired plumber I know quality workmanship when I see it, the lads at Jetset Plumbing did a excellent job renewing my old gal water pipes. They we're prompt, efficient and friendly. And their bill didn't drain my pocket either. Kind regards.
