Michael Spillane violated multiple regulations around an offer we put on one of the properties he represented. We were advised afterwards by our broker and lawyer of this as we are not knowledgeable of the regulations. I couldn’t believe that he gets away with these underhanded tactics. I don’t want to pursue this further as I don’t want this man to be the cause of any more stress for me but I feel obligated to let other potential buyers and sellers know this. Beware of innov8 property.

If you are a potential renter, do not use this business as their sole property manager, Byndi Little, probably has to be one of the worst in Australia.Byndi's professionalism as a property manager is non existant. She offers no support whatsoever to the tenant, and is a puppet to the owners.My girlfriend recently tenanted a property that was 'managed' by Byndi, and the experience that she had to go through vacating was close to comical, bordering on extortion.Through-out the tenancy, maitenence requests were ignored, including security and safety concerns. Breaches by the owner were casually dismissed and ignored, False breaches to the RTA were reported and her general attitude was appaling.Examples are:Breaching my girlfriend for a bill that hadn't been paid. It turns out the bill had been paid, but the Innov8 staff had receipted it incorrectly. Instead of contacting my GF about it, Byndi went ahead and breached it to the RTA.Trying to charge my GF $150 for Byndi's electric gate opener for the property, turns out Byndi's key had a flat battery.Ignoring the maitenance request to remove palms and trees that were growing around the power lines, highly dangerous.Ignoring the maitenance request for the sliding door that wouldn't lock, compromising the security of the house.Allowing the owner to rock up to the house unannounced, who then began taking photo's and abusing the neighbours. The owner also used to ring my GF directly requesting things, a complete breach of privacy.Not ever returning phonecalls, ever.Accusing my GF of agisting horses for money in the attached paddock, then accusing the horses of knocking down two trees in the paddock. The trees were rotton to the core and came down in a storm one night when there were no horses in the paddock. We have pics to back this up.Putting a claim on the full bond amount without even inspecting the house,Ringing up my GF's boss and whinging about things to do with the property that had absolutely nothing to do with my GF's work, which was also a complete invasion of privacy.The list goes on.No doubt Bydi will have a rebuttal to this review, and I honestly look forward to it, as we have the facts, and a correspondence trail to back up exactly what has been said here.Thankfully the RTA mediator managed to sort out my GF getting her bond back, but not without Byndi and the owner trying to extort as much as possible with their outrageous claims.Don't be fooled by Byndi, she will say one thing to your face, then do the complete opposite behind your back.How this woman can be working in property management amazes me.If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this company.
