Great prices. You often have to wait a while to talk to the staff, but it's worth the wait as they're very knowledgeable and helpful.

The service was ok, although I asked for a drink but reply was sorry… I don’t know what that is? I said well ok do you mind typing it up on the system if you don’t mind. No sorry I’m busy at the moment go ask another staff member and gave me a filthy look. So I went of and asked another staff member as told and then directed straight to what I was looking for.

Great store specialising in electronics. Quite pricey however store policy allows for price matching other stock available in-store. This price comes with quality and great return/refund policy with generally helpful and easy going staff. Variety is also incredible as it is a very large store and most electronic items are available to try out.

If it’s kitchenware they don’t care.I was in the store about 30min with no assistance. 4 associates were just standing around the laptops. I tried to call my husband for his opinion and realised the dark back corner of the store they hide the microwaves in only has 1 bar of 3G reception… not their fault but it’s interesting that of all stores they have such poor coverage. I tried to get help from someone in CDs and they gave me “um that’s not my section”. Finally while standing near the tvs on the phone to husband (hallelujah TVs has 4G) someone asked if I needed help!“I’d like a microwave please!” the guy looked genuinely disappointed. I paid and left. Seriously why do you stock these products if your staff don’t actually want to sell them?

Super product range, very competitive pricing.Returns easy to complete if doesn't work in your home.Very supportive staff to find fit for purpose product.Helpful staff.

Good location with helpful staff, always willing to check stock/price match.Can get a bit hectic and crowded due to size of store, but not often a problem.

Working as a support worker, i brought my client to the store to rectify an issue with his new phone. Although it seemed to be an issue caused by my client, JB's area manager, with the prompting by the store manager, came through for my client, wearing the loss, all because they saw my client was indeed in serious need for a 'fix' to his problem. Subsequently i cannot rate their service highly enough and encourage anyone to give their business to not only JB hi-fi, but specifically the Waurn Ponds store.Ty again to all involved for going above and beyond to provide genuine service" to a customer that could have easily slipped between the cracks. I was very pleased to meet up with sales person ,Jack,today.He immediately gave me his attention in a warm and pleasant manner.I certainly felt encouraged to purchase a Samsung tablet, which i was enquiring about.i felt very satisfied as a customer and am still deciding,over this purchase.I certainly hope i meet up with him when i return. I also liked the fact that i felt no pressure over buying and he was certainly respectful and i felt like a Valued customer.

Post attempting to upgrade my phone at two local Telstra stores without success and zero customer service, I went to JB Waurn Ponds and received a better deal, expert advice and fantastic customer service. A special shout out to Joe- really knows his stuff! JB will be my go to sore of choice for all my tech needs.

Waurn Ponds store, easy parking, disabled access and room inside store to move around..a little tight in some spots but overall good. Excellent service and assistance even though it was a very busy day. Always a pleasure to shop there and have staff available for queries.
