Well Good Guys you don’t get any better. Rang at approx 2.45 today (6Th May) the phone rang and rang. Eventually someone answered. I asked to speak to someone in small appliances. At 2.58 stillHanging on the line waiting to speakTo someone. 3.00 someone apologised for the delay telling me they are exceptionally short staffed. Only 5 assistants in whole of the store and allCurrently dealing with customers. As always IHung up and purchased elsewhere!!!!

We went to The good guys, Bayswater yesterday to buy a Bosch clothes dryer and a vacuum cleaner. A very nice staff member named *Sam* helped us in the process of shopping them. I could not be happier with him and with the service. I highly recommend this store and definitely will be there again and again.Thank you, the good guys!

Purchased a microwave, fridge, TV, and soundbar earlier this year.The fridge door has a huge dent (almost puncture) and I called about this the same day it was dropped off. In February. I was told the door would be replaced. 3 months later and I still have a damaged fridge because I was advised I'd be contacted to arrange a time - there was no follow up.

We had a tv to be delivered today to replace a faulty one which had to be taken away. The driver wouldn’t deliver the new one until the old one was boxed. He wouldn’t even deliver the new one so the old one could be boxed in the new tv’s box .I now have to call the store get a box box the old tv and book a new delivery.No one said anything about boxing and I threw the old box away years agoEverything is disconnected and waitingThanks

I received a refund on the delivery fee for my LG fridge. However, I received nothing for the inconvenience of driving back and forth to Good Guys and waiting 7 weeks to get an intact crisper. I would appreciate a $50 voucher as reimbursement for my time and petrol.

Absolutely awful customer service. Walked in to be met with a hostile environment as the front desk were yelling to go watch a customer" out of suspicion. After that when asking to purchase a valuable digitally stored product

Empty store but no sales assistants on the floor so I went to the counter to ask if they could help me find a particular appliance. A scowling woman, standing in front of a computer, replied tersely “ I don’t know what items we keep in the store, you’ll need to look it up online yourself and give me a product number” . I initially thought she was joking, unfortunately not. Just fyi to the staff at The good Guys Bayswater, your job is customer service! Clearly you don’t understand what that means therefore I’ll explain. It means that when I ask for help with an item, you look it up on the store computer in front of you, check the stock and then, with a smile, show me to the area where the product is kept so I can purchase said item.Give this store a miss and try Harvey Norman.

Purchased a 50 inch LG TV50UQ9000PSD on the 30th of december which I got at an amazing price. The service was nice n chill. I was able to use store cash and they accept all forms of payment. Many thanks to the beautiful lady who served me , she was nice ! How good is this set up ? If you pay cash they will slash the prices $ . Vanilla ice is enjoying his TV, in my 20 odd years of existence this is the first TV i ever bought. Thank you so much :)
