Hired these guys for a very small job. They were very courteous and the service was top quality. This team are top notch. Having moved 4 times in the last 6 years, with each move getting progressively worse culminating in the last move being what can only be described as a diabolical hot mess, I went off a recommendation to book Cumberland. I tell you what, I'm so glad that I did. You know this is a quality company when the OWNER is part of the team moving you. Respectful, empathetic, friendly, obliging, prompt, efficient, professional, turning up with the right size truck... I could go on. Seriously, they made something that was giving me total anxiety a complete breeze. If you want a stress-free and pleasant move, book them. I could not be happier with the experience that I've just had.

I used Cumberland for my last move to a rural property on a pouring rainy day. I could not rate them more highly. Not a break, not a scratch. Part of the move was my mother’s piano and a table that weighed a ton. Everything moved as if it was their own property. These guys were amazing. They are a traditional Australian company where a mans word is his bond. Efficiency, care of our property. Cumberland Removals are polite and honest, hardworking and extremely efficient.The only problem I have with this company is that I didn't know about it sooner. We moved a lot in the last 16 years, and they are the best that we have ever encountered.Because they are fantastic its essential to book in advance. In addition they are also not too expensive, and were less than half the price some of the bigger companies.

Over the years I have done many moves including interstate and hired plenty of Removalists to do those moves. Nick and his team is different league altogether and I am cross with myself that why I haven't found him earlier and would have moved with so little stress previously. Very professional, courteous and genuinely knows how to pack the truck while making sure items are not damaged. If I have to move again I know whom to reach out to in the future.
