What is the point of phoning the call centre for a discount when the guy on the phone refuses to give me a discount on the item I wanted to buy. Instead he insists on putting me through to the store. And the guy who answered the phone in the store also refused to offer me a discount. So I’m please to say “ Waste of time guys “ I went elsewhere for my purchase and will continue to do so. You don’t get my custom anymore
