Very unhappy with this company down here for holidays and asked for help what I got was we are busy ring us at 2pm and see if we could get in belony what a crock can't tell the truth...got a day at Berry service station and fixed it in 2 hours

Not happy at all with service department, 10 days ago I went to service department why the remote locking was not working , I was told that all I need to do is buy a new key , I did , and then got told they couldn’t program the key to the car . I was told the next day that the cause of the problem was the ecu is not working . They ordered the part and they said it was going to be here on the 10th of September. Now being told the part has a TBA to be delivered. So they still have my car , I have asked repeatedly to have a courtesy car but they don’t have any , this is shocking and disgusting was not my idea to take my car off the road . I work out of town and need transport to get to work . Now I am taking multiple days off work because I can’t get there. This is disgusting service and all I want is a replacement car while they wait for the part and fix my car . . I didn’t take my car off the road , not happy with Service at all . I would be a bit happier if a courtesy car was made available it’s been 10 days without my car , this is rediculous. Not able to go to work means loss of pay

I had recently had only bad things to say about the service centre here but today's service was one of the best I'd had. Car washed, maps updated, and full service completed. The small defect I had was fixed and all very timely. It's great to see the improvement, great job

1 star is too many. Terrible customer service in the service department. Took my Ranger there that was having alternator problems and had gone into limp mode on my way through Nowra and could not even get a mechanic to talk to me about what was going on with it. I understand it was around lunch time but was not even offered to leave my car there and have it looked at later in the day or possibly the next day. They told me to call the NRMA because they couldn't help us.

Amazing experience at Kinghorn Ford! Staff were friendly and accomodating!!! Had an issue with the fuel flap which had become stuck, and was fixed within an hour at short notice!!!! Excellent customer service! Very grateful to the team for their help after a stressful morning!Elise

Just purchased a car from here. Ray, Rick and the team made the process very simple and convenient and were more than accomodating with what was easiest for us. From deposit down to car picked up in less than 2 business days. Could not fault them and would not go anywhere else for a car purchase! Thanks again for your wonderful service. Picked up our new Ford Ranger V6 Wildtrak August 2022, bloody excellent service, no fuss and a stress free experience. Highly recommend the team. I have had the new Ranger for a few weeks now and have taken off road through mud and heavy towing. The V6 is awesome the best decision we have made. Thank you Ryan

If I could give a zero star rating I would after today's experience! Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with Kinghorn Motor Group recently when purchasing two vehicles through their VW dealership. I had just settled the two purchases through my finance company (Stratton Finance who were unreal) which totalled just over $144,000. This morning I had put in a request to get my $2,000 holding deposits back when I was told by the VW Manager Matt, that after speaking with his General Manager, that Kinghorn Motor Group were not going to refund me the $2,000 until they received the remaining $10,000 deposit to complete the sale of one of the vehicles. So it was OK for Kinghorn Motor Group to have over $140,000 of my money in their bank account which I have immediately started paying off but they refused to release $2,000! I didn't ask to drive the cars off the lot, all I did is ask for my money back! I strongly urge all potential customers to boycott Kinghorn Motor Group as I find their practices petty, unscrupulous, and unprofessional. Take the short drive up the mountain to Moss Vale or up the road to Wollongong and give them a go instead.

Steph in the service department is always professional and pleasant. Nothing is ever a problem.

You can book in here within 3 weeks, which is saying something in the Illawarra. They even cleaned the outside of my car. I come here because they are reliable and trustworthy.
