I have been a customer of Glover Chemist for over 10 years. I have always received the best care and personalised assistance from the pharmarcists and staff. On one occasion during a covid lockdown, I was delivered my asthma medication without charge. Glovers are well deserving of my continued loyalty. Nerina

Went there because I have a small pin in my ear for over a month and now getting worse. The lady who didn’t even pay attention on me with very impatient attitude and gave me a ointment. Just said go to see a doctor if you need. Well... I paid 19 dollars with an exactly unprofessional experience. However, I won’t ask for an advice from pharmacy if I don’t need help, and it just made me a terrible experience and mood.Hope no one will have the same experience as me.Thank me if you saw this before stepping in the pharmacy.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Not sure about the negative reviews. I frequent here and never have dramas.

***Honest review from customer with no ties to the establishment in question***As someone who was injured catastrophically at work, I need various medications to deal with the aftermath and the long term recovery process. What I love about Glover Chemist is how holistically and positively I’m welcomed into this place of business, every time I enter! I’m not assumed to be a drug seeker, there’s always a feeling of friendliness and neither I, nor the many people who I’ve witnessed inside the premises, are ignored by pharmacists or staff until it’s time to hand over the plastic. Quite the opposite, actually, as this is clearly an establishment where the customers overall health is considered and valued. There is a culture of friendliness and helpfulness for everyone who walks through the door. Every time. Today, I went in to simply get some scripts filled, (which, by the way, are always done incredibly quickly) and the Pharmacist took the time to not only inform me of a treatment that may alleviate some of my symptoms, but to encourage me in how well others in similar situations to I, are experiencing a lift in their overall pain issues, after seeing this physician. Now, this may not work for me, who knows?, but it’s a new avenue and it’s hope. It shouldn’t be shocking that a pharmacist would impart this kind of information to a customer, but in this day and age, it really is. This kind of attention to detail simply does not happen in the big mega-chemist facilities. There’s just no place for individual care and that’s very sad. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place where your physical and mental health needs are treated with concern, respect and professionalism, no one does it better than Glover Chemist, and I’m very thankful for that. Thank you!!!

I have been coming to Glover for the last few months to fill my scripts. Everytime they have been friendly and helpful. The pharmacist spent time to explain my medication and even gave me a recommendation on an alternative when i told him my current meds were not meeting my needs.They generally have stock with the variety of medication that I've been prescribed.They definitely do not over charge and only charge RRP for the medication I need.

Entrance on Pitt. No need to walk around and thru the Galleries as Google walking directions suggest.

Yeah don't know why all this 2 stars rate are all about. My husband and I had our booster jab today and we were super happy with the service provided. Joseph Geng was super friendly. ☆☆☆☆☆ for me. Thank you very much!!

My understanding is there is no charge for JP service but I was asked to pay a fee here. I know it’s not your main responsibility. And it is fine to refuse to help if you’re busy but it wasn’t like that, there was no customers when I came in. And why volunteer if you want to charge $5 per page?
