I went into the store on Christmas Eve, knowing nothing about digital pianos apart from the fact I wanted to treat myself to one for Christmas! Thanks to the fantastic advice and service I received, I ended up with a Yamaha P-45 and accessories which I absolutely LOVE. All for a great price and it was picked up from storage and delivered to my house as there was no stock in store. Great old fashioned service with a smile! Thank you!

Normally, I wouldn’t post a negative review, but unfortunately this needs to be posted, so others trying to get some repairs done, know how they respond.The response I received was “ we cannot guarantee that there won’t be any damage to the instrument as we are unfamiliar with the brand”This was a good quality cornet, but I was not going to have them work on my instrument, if they have no confidence in their own work. When I went back to pick it up, it was dealing with a completely different person, he was rude and disrespectful.If you want some repairs done to your instruments, I would strongly suggest you go anywhere else.

Amazing place! My daughter's clarinet required urgent repair, with an upcoming performance and limited time to get it fixed. Brenda was accommodating and even managed to turn the repair (with full service) around in about 48hrs for us! My daughter didn't end up missing a single practice! So very thankful and impressed with the service here. Highly recommend. And thank you, Brenda & team :-)

Excellent place to buy school students instruments. No pushy sales people. Prices are cheaper than the other big stores. Do go there and check it out for yourself.
