Brow Republic and Lash Bar

I have been coming in to see Bec in the Toowoomba Store for a while now. And I find that I am always looking forward to my treatment. No matter how crazy my life gets I always walk out feeling like a Queen.

I had such a wonderful experience here. The customer service was outstanding and my brows have never looked better! I would absolutely recommend this company.

Customer service was 12/10 and so many lovely touches that made it a really unique service unlike any other beautician I’ve been to before. Brows were great as was the “Glow Up” treatment. A bit on the pricey side but would pay it again for the next level customer service.

I came in here to have lashes removed that were horrible & hurting my eyes (these were done from a business in Sydney, not this company) and the treatment I received was amazing! I felt so welcomed and relaxed, I had complimentary treats drinks & jewellery cleaning as well, this place is beyond amazing! Absolutely exceptional.. I can’t wait to come back for more treatments on my next holiday to Hervey Bay!’

DO NOT GO HERE for eyelash extensions. Got 5D eyelash extensions and was fine the day they were done but woke up the next day with messed up eyes. Very painful and became infected, swollen and horrible bloodshot. I also now have dermatitis on one of my eyes from using the eye drops and cream to help with the infection and irritation. The girl doing my lashes was not professional and the one eye that was the most painful is the one she messed around with. The lashes look nice but that doesn’t substitute for the pain, $170 to be in horrible eye pain.

I go and see Tyler one a fortnight for my Lashes and once a month for my brows. She is amazing. Not only does she do an awesome job and my lash retention is amazing. She always makes sure there are banger hits playing. 5 stars all the way.

They normally are really good at my brows but this time they weren’t as good when I got home I looked at them there was still loads of hair there and they weren’t the same size the wax also has made the skin above my eyebrow where she waxed break out I don’t know if it’s because of the wax or not they have lovely customer service tho maybe it was just a one time mistake I had a different lady do them this time but overall they are very nice and are really respectful i probably will be going there again I’m just going to get a different lady to do them if possible
