All the staffs who I have deal with on the phone are very courteous. They are pretty straight to the point and no nonsense up-sell. The best part, they actually call and let you know if a part is expensive and explain why and ask for consent if something break when they open up whatever part of the car (manufacturers issue, not these guys) so you are prepared for the cost. Overall, highly recommended!
