A Watch In Time
I took my Longines watch in for it’s first service. They advised me they can’t really quote a service cost until they open it up (which I understand) But advised it could be $600-$800. And This quotation service is $50. My quote came in at $1390 including parts. So I regretfully paid the $50 and collected it. I took it to Longines Chadstone, and couldn’t be happier. I was charged $619 for the same service and parts replacement. And have the genuine service and warranty to go with it.

A Watch In Time
I recently had an Omega Automatic Geneve restored by A Watch In Time and the result is amazing. Kevin is a great communicator and also a very nice guy, his customer service and love of watchmaking is amazing. I look forward to future restoration projects down the track.

I recently had a Seiko watch restored. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the end result. The watch was carefully restored to the original specifications.This watch is close to 50 years old and the fact that I can now wear the watch is amazing.I would recommend Kevin and the Watch in Time team for all watch repairs. I took my grandfathers Tissot ‘bumper’ watch circa 1940’s in for repair and whilst I was told it was a challenge for the team I picked it up today and was very impressed with the result! I now have an invaluable time piece that I can wear daily and pass on to my son. Very happy with the entire customer experience from quote to pick up.

I am so impressed with the work & help provided by their team. Our 1838 pocket watch was in poor shape - broken glass, missing hands, broken mechanism. In short - absolutely not working & no prospect of doing so - These guys cleaned, replaced missing parts & fixed broken bits inside - Result: A really fantastic piece that my parents are very happy with. These guys know what they are doing & get my vote - In fact I am going to send them my Grandfather's gold watch for a service, a mechanical stop watch for repair, & my parent's mantle clock for service & repair. My thoughts = Never let quality & service pass you by.

Kevin and team restored two vintage Omega watches for me that were passed down from my grandfather. The work was impeccable, price very reasonable in comparison to the the actual dealerships or other watch workshops, and they were very clear with communication. A Watch In Time
My father in law passed away earlier this year, and his early 1960s Omega Seamaster came into my ownership. The watch had not been used for many years, and I brought it to Kevin to be checked and serviced (I suspect it had never been serviced over its lifetime).I am delighted with the result - it's everything I'd hoped for, and a watch that sat in a drawer since the mid-1980s has been given a new lease of life. I hadn’t used Kevin's services before, but I will definitely do so again when my other watches need attention. Many thanks, Kevin!

A Watch In Time
Kevin and Fiona were amazing. I took in a fob watch that my husband had inherited from his grandfather. It was only a case and chain with no clock. Case and chain were tarnished and the chain had missing links. Kevin put in an original clock movement and cleaned both the case and chain and the result was nothing short of spectacular. Plus completed it way ahead of the expected date. Very emotional moment for both myself and my husband when I gave it to him. Thank you Kevin and Fiona.
