Rude and aggressive staff. I had to tell a staff member at self serve to leave me alone yesterday. I complained to the manager who smirked. I don’t find nastiness funny.

Honestly this has to be the worst Coles. I live locally and it is convenient for me but I am constantly disappointed. The fresh produce or should I say lack of it is never fresh. Bags of salad I wouldn't feed to a Guinea pig and they aren't even reduced. Tomorrow I have to return a bag of onions in date as they are rotten inside. It infuriates me that it is constantly like this. I have been meaning to make a review for months now. Next time I will shop elsewhere.

To the online manager and franchise owner, thank you for being the rudest people in customer service. If corporate makes a mistake, it should be honoured at your store, and you should then take it up with head office, not your customers. We tried to claim a promotion that was advertised online. They did not fulfil or substitute the order - instead when we called up to enquire, all we got was attitude. It’s unfair to take it out on customers if you don’t want to honour it. You should take the loss there and then and get Corporate to reimburse you. This is how you lose trust and confidence in your local community. Clearly the recent 1 star reviews agree this store is in need of a shakeup. We’ll be shopping at Woolworths and Aldi now.

My mother always told me different opinion people shop go to remember how much are you willing to spend we all know it’s Christmas call is a very nice supermarket. The bet you lot changes over the years but they 1 foot forward and 1 foot backwards up to the individual including families and budget. There’s so many Australian markets now everyone’s got their own preference time, will tell what’s gonna happen the next generation

We actively avoid this coles, even though it’s the closest. It’s a shame that we have to go to Brookside or Everton Park when this is so close, but this store always seems to be poorly stocked and poorly presented. It’s also really old and ‘out of date.’ Really needs refurbishment to keep up. Coles Brookside or Woolworth Everton Park is worth the drive to avoid this place.
