Ordered our meals and an additional small sweet potato fries for our daughter, only for them to have incorrectly put it through as regular fries. When they brought them out and we said we had ordered sweet potato fries they wanted us to pay an extra dollar for them. Money isn't the issue, but to have the cheek when it was your stuff up. Poor form.

Not fresh food.... don't go waste of money.Store is not looks clean so kitchen is way more dirty inside.

Stopped in for lunch, the young lady behind the counter was friendly, kind & helpful.Food was served promptly and tasty.Overall nice place

Girl at the front counter was super rude to my partner. management look into it.our visit date 14/2/23, time was around 12:50-12:55pm.We ended up leaving the store.

Had a schnitzel recently and found it dry and the chips way over salted. The venue itself at the time only had a few patrons eating in but found it took staff approximately 20 minutes to clear and clean two vacated booths and they were by no means busy at all, a lot of room for improvement although the staff were very friendly.

App ordering is made easy. Estimated timing was on point, ready for dine in. Food was hot, fresh and yum (as always). Customer service was great. Thank you, schnitz Woodgrove ☺️

Have had burgers and schnitzel few times and always had some issues. Overall the attitude of the staff is as if I am getting food for free. Long waits , not evenly cooked meat or sometimes overly fried patties. I think the staff should also focus on their customer interaction skills otherwise will suffer terribly with customers. Good luck !!! what a waste of money .
