BM Tech Canterbury

Being fairly clueless about cars, I am always afraid of being taken advantage of which makes me pretty cynical when it comes to car servicing. I can honestly say that BM Tech never make me feel stupid, are always courteous and dare I say it, caring! They always have my best interest at heart rather than their own and are quick to rectify any concerns or issues. I’ve had a couple of emergency needs and they have always stepped up to help. 5 stars :)

The team at BMTech have exceptional technical ability and are always friendly and professional. I know my car is in good hands whenever I bring it in for a service or when in need of repairs. Thanks Carl and team for always providing honest and trusted advice.

This is my first time writing a review of any business, but I considered yesterday my best ever experience as a customer. Up front with pricing, honest, quick and very professional. Terrific customer relations skills with telephone and office staff. Great customer service and mechanical - in fact my car feels almost new. Go here instead of a dealer if you prefer a genuine customer and professional mechanical business.

I always take my Mini Clubman to BM tech in Canterbury, the staff are always very professional. I am guaranteed a great service and I can honestly say that I feel confident that I won’t be ripped off in any way - recently there was a problem with my vehicle, and it was going to cost me over a thousand dollars, but because the issue had reoccurred within 5 years of it being fixed last time - it was fixed at no charge!!!! I have never experienced that with another service centre in my life and I have had some great cars over the years. Carl is exceptional at his job and even my friends have thanked me for sending them to him for their cars needs. I can highly recommend BM tech! Thanks for the great service - oh and my car always comes back clean and vacuumed even after the shortest stays.

I have been servicing my car at BM Tech for the last 5 years. Checked my car in for a regular service last week and as always, BM Tech were wonderful and professional. I receive reminders for my regular service, booking in was a breeze (loan car is booked at the same time) and the service is always handled professionally and completed promptly. Been dealing with BM Tech Canterbury for about a year now, started with a faulty window regulator in the middle of winter. They've been servicing and looking after our BMW since. Great team, great service and very knowledgeable too. Will continue to happily use them and also recommend them to any BMW, VW or Audi owner!
