Our pool has also gone white and what appear to look like raised bubbles coming through on the base. When we asked about the fading we were told the same thing about the chemicals. Do your research first.

Palm city pool in for 10yrs - Paint bubbling on the bottom, hollow sounds on steps where it was not properly compacted, have already replaced pump and filter.Installation was ok, just the pools dont last very long.When I rang John he basically didnt want to know about it and told me there is only one yr warranty on the paint job which is budget at best.Budget company - look elsewhere

John and the team provided a professional and responsive service. When I had an issue with the chlorinator they had it replaced within 24hrs. Pool looks beautiful. Highly recommended.

These guys are not qualified nor professional - paid extra for compacting and hollow sounds all throughout. Rang John, he basically didn’t care. Obviously doesn’t care about repeat business.Don’t be sucked in by their prices, 2nd hand pools are not as good as new and John is not a nice person to deal with after signing contract.Trust me - pick another contractor if you want a decent pool.

We've had our Palm City pool for 3 years. Within less than two years our pool had obvious fading and now it's more white than blue! On top of that the chlorinator they supplied has already died. The supplier went broke so we had to buy another one rather than have it replaced. The surface around the jets has bubbled and the colour is patchy. And last but not least, we had flakes of blue floating at the brim of the water, so no bleaching here just colour coming off the surface! We contacted John but was told it's due to high chlorine levels. We have the pool shop do weekly checkss and it couldn't possibly be so faded after 3 years of looking after it so well. I don't recommend buying a refurbished pool. Ours already looks 20 years old!

John, it is a pity you can't make contact more available to your clients. The pool you sold us 5 years ago has been a total and repeated disappointment. You do not make yourself available to address our concerns and despite trying to accept that we have a second hand product, it is not what you sold us. We would have saved money buying a new pool from a reputable company.

Could not recommend Palm City Pools enough! John, Jason and Nikki have been such a pleasure to deal with. After getting 5 different pool companies out to quote they all said no" as our property is on a hillside and access would be too tricky. John at Palm City was the only person who was willing to work with us and improvise with sourcing the right machines for the job and the hard work and planning paid off. We couldn't be happier. My Pool turned white also, even though we have a pool company take care and test the pool and keep records. Do your self a favour and dont buy a dodgy second hand pool and purchase a new one from a reputable pool company
