In my case they certainly have not had the child’s best interest as a priority . Makes me wonder how often does this happen. Might be easier if you could actually get through and speak to someone

Very uneducated and corrupt staff. Need a complete overhaul. If you need information or harassed by these guys ask another offiice/eductor out of albany or read up on their guidelines yourself. These guys do not know what they are doing.
